I have made an SSIS that imports data from excel file in SSIS. Its works fine in my local machine which is office installed
When I am trying to run the same SSIS on the production server where office is not installed, it throws NULL reference exception.
Sourc: Script Task Description: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Normally SSIS is installed with drivers that can handle a .xls extension. However, many of the older versions can not handle .xlsx extensions. If this is the case with you, try saving the Excel file to an older version with a .xls extension.

If your server is 64-bit try checking the "Use 32-bit runtime" option on the "Execution Options" tab of the step in your agent job.
