Here is the ting
- I went to develop a an ASP.NET Web Application that initially is blank.
- The page accepts a query string like "http://192.168.1.20:100/default.aspx?page=www.microsoft.com".
- The page (in this case default.aspx) downloads the whole page (in this case www.microsoft.com) and show it as if it was "http://192.168.1.20:100/default.aspx"
- The computer that is going to browse My web application will not have internet connection, but the server (ip: 192.168.1.20) will have a fast internet connection.
I want a to have information on how to start such application, I appriciate any suggestion. Thank You.

The best you would be able to do with this approach is to get the already-rendered HTML. You would lose all of the Asp.net functionality because that stays on the remote page's server. All that is sent is the translated HTML.
One alternative (not a great one) would be to use an iFrame...
