Two of my web applications hosted on the same server. My question is if i want to pass more than 1 session variables from one application to another one that how can i do that? Remember that both applications has their own seperate web.config files.

How about this, Sharing session between Different Applications:

Below are the good example for that...
Also you can achieve this is by SQL server session where session is stored in SQL server by application ID so you can get any of the domain's sesions by providng application ID. But make sure both application (domain) pointing to the same server for session
managment or both application have access to both sessions stored server.

You need to use out of process storage of session. Like storing the value in SQL server or ASPNET state Server.
ASPNET state server
Hope this helps
