I'v been looking for Asp.Net Code/Tools That allow me to take Pic from Webcam and store it in my Web Application.
I looked over many thread,pages,websites...etc. but couldn't find any helpful link. it was either PHP, Flash Code, dead or old links and nothing Ready to Use.
Is there any Free Tool(Silverlight,Flash,JQuery) that I can and ready to use in Asp.Net Page and Clear to understand and would debuged in Asp.Net(Visual Studio 2008) Pages with 3.5 Framework. (I saw Silverlight Tools but requrie Visual Studio 2010, but we
running Visual Studio 2008)

asp.net is a server side technology and cannot access the web cam directly.
Silverlight doesn't suport web cams I dont think (although it might have been put in a recent release).
The most common way to approach this problem is with Adobe Flash.
This thread seems to have some answers for you:

Sorry I spent about 15 minutes on this for you and I haven't found anything more detailed.
The stackoverflow reply that I'm referring to is the one further down:
Is that the one that you couldn't follow? Its very detailed compared to anything else that I found.
You would also need to learn how to set up a web cam in flash so that you can use the actionscript example to save a screenshot of it.
It seems like there are quite a lot of tutorials which cover this as well:
It will take a small amount of effort but I dont think this is impossible. If you understand code then you can work with actionscript I think. Its not like you have to write it from scratch, just follow the tutorial and tweak it?
