I have hosted one application in my local IIS 7 , OS is windows 7.
when i browse this , its working fine
Now I wanted to browse page like http://localhost:81/ canada
for this i added in some code in global.asax file
void Application_BeginRequest(object sender, EventArgs e)
string sRequestedURL = Request.Path;
sTargetURL = ("PropertyResult.aspx?CityID=29");
its working fine whthout localhost ...but when i use localhost its generating
Can you please guide me How to setup wildcard mapping in II7 and should work for http://localhost:81/default.aspc and also http://localhost:81/canada

This has nothing to do with wildcard mapping. Your code will never be called. Check out the answer i gave here:

Add handler wildcard mapping * to ASP.NET, make sure verify file exist box is unchecked.
On IIS 7 i believe you also need to configure application pool using integrated mode.
