On my development machine i have installed REST starter kit which installed three DLL in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft WCF REST\WCF REST Starter Kit Preview 2\Assemblies folder. (Microsoft.Http.dll,Microsoft.Http.Extensions.dll and Microsoft.ServiceModel.Web.dll).
I have a folder in my Solution called "External Assemblies" and i copied these three files there and then refernce the files from "External Assemblies" folder.
Now when we deploy this app on the server, Do i need to install Starter Kit on the server also? Since i'm referencing the DLL from "External Assemblies" folder, without installing the kit it should work right??

You do NOT need to install the starter kit. Just reference the dlls, which should cause them to be copied to your output/bin directory, and deploy them with the rest of your dlls.

When we use WCF REST, we we have to add in binding element to web.config like any other classing WCF service?
Also, do you have any example to POST the data to REST service and then REST service should read the stream data. Basically there is a SUBMIT button on PDF form which will submi the data to REST service. I want to read the submitted data.
