i am using css friendly menu in which menu items are based on user permission and is kept in a session object,
user info is also in session object but thats wroking.
problem is that whem a user[a] is login to system menu based on his[a] permission is created
and if a new user[b] logins it shows Menu of user[a]
please suggest me what is the problem and how to resolve that

This seems to be coding flow issue. Try to debug and check that whenever new user logs in, you are assigning correct values to Session variables.

CSS friendly adapters changes the Rendering process of the menu item and nothing but that. To verify this delete the browser file in your project. As you delete browser file (or delete the entries from that file) CSS friendly adapters will be disabled and
then you can easily check that problem is because of CSS adapter or because of your code logic.
My guess is that there is 99 percent change that something is wrong with your code. So do check your code carefully. Also posting code might be helpfull

but i've solved my stupid problem
problem is to set EnableCaching="False"
by default it is true in XmlDataSource
