I want to create a website that contains live streaming video. I had configure a webcam to my local PC.
But I have a question how should I configure my web cam settings to web server on which I upload my website files.
Please give me about brief idea about how to make a webpage with live streaming and how should I configure it to my webserver.

Microsoft has a great product for this: Smooth streaming.

Yes just to expand a bit on XIIIs response, you will probably need to use Silverlight to accompish streaming. The "Smooth Streaming" product is a simple install that you can do as long as you have IIS7 or later installed on your server. The server should
have a halfway decent CPU as well, but test it out to see. You could still use an ASP.NET website to display the content, but you will want to create a Silverlight control to imbed on the .aspx page (easy to do with object tags) that will deliver
the video (I have done this it is not too difficult to do).
