Step 1: http://xxxx.com/Login.aspx
Step 2: http://xxxx.com/GetUserInfo?SessionID=xxxxxxxxxxxxx
In step1, Mobile Device using HTTP POST to login, then Server return Session ID to client.
In step2, Mobile Device using HTTP GET to get user info, passing a session ID to Server.
Currently, in Server side, how to handle that Session ID to keep session?
string sessionID = Request.QueryString["SessionID"];

Please correct me If I havn't get your question correctly. Do you want to store SessionID in session? If so, please use
Session["SessionID"] = sessionID
BTW, you can also access asp.net generated SessionID using

You don't need to explicitly manage session on the server. By default, when it receives request from the same client browser instance, it will recognizes the associated session and loads that information into the thread.

you can implement cookie less sessions and in cookieless session, asp.net automatically adds session ID in url. For details of implementing cookieless session see this post:-
