I have created one crystal report (rptDiscDetails.rpt )
i have to bind 3 different stored procedure to this report.
but problem is we can bind only one DS to report.
what should i do?
i want to display multiple records as well as Single description details of Patient on report.

For that case you could possibly use SubReports in Crystal Report.. just google the term to get more examples. Alternatively you could build a custom DataTable
that would merge all the data from different tables and use the final DataTable as your report DataSource.

is it possible to merge all stored procedures (3 procs.) which doesn't depend on each other & retriveing data from different tables?
please suggest some site or sample code.

You can fill each result from your SP to a DataTable and then create a final DataTable that would plot all the data you need from the three DataTables.
DataTable dt1 = ??? // fill the DataTable with the result from your SP
DataTable dt2 = ??? // fill the DataTable with the result from your SP
DataTable dt3 = ??? // fill the DataTable with the result from your SP
Then in your final DataTable you can construct a DataColumns for storing the information you need from each DataTables above. See this link for example: http://csharptutorial.com/blog/how-to-create-a-datatable-programmatically/
