You have to upload CrystalDecisions.dll in order to use crystal reports, the crystal reportviewer cannot load report or work unless u provide a valid reference.

Normally when u imports any crystal report it automatically loads it.

besides referencing the right assemblies, you also need to make sure you configure your Crystal Report properly. Please make sure the relevant permission is assigned to your crystal report folder

you may try to look for the aspnet_client and crystalreportviewer
folder and have them copied to your working folder.
These 2 folders must exists on your working folder

Few things to check:
1. Make sure the Crystal Report assemblies you use matches the one installed on your PC. Otherwise, you will see weird errors pop out on the screen
2. Make sure all the necessary Crystal Report permissions are setup accordingly on the working folder
3. Make sure the application pool permission is set to run under LOCAL SERVICE permission.

Check by installing crystal reports in your system , if problem resolves then it means that the assemblies of crystal decision are not properly configured in your solution . first try out by installing crystal reports in your system
