Hi guys, am new to asp.net. although i have done some little projects. i need a very good architecture i can be following for a 3-tier application. i always have my application layer, my data layer and my entity layer. but i want to make it more simpler.
i will be grateful if i can get a sample and a better achitecture that i can follow.
i am currently using visual studio team 2010.

A traditional 3-layer architecture for ASP.NET projects is a good way to start. Simplifying or condensing the logical layers is not something I recommend doing or will have any real benefit or time savings. All it will do is mix all of the code together,
ignore OO principals (separation of concerns, etc), and make maintenance on intermingled spaghetti code difficult. Creating the logic layers in VS.NET only takes a few minutes, and then assignment of logic to the responsible layer is the main thing you as
the developer need to adhere to.
