hello..I have an xml file and I am manipulating it with c# , however there is a problem that I am saving inside it html tags such as and they're being encoded to %lt and %gt , but I dont want that to happen as I want to keep the data in it's format so
I searched over the internet and i think the solution is to use a property called disable output encoding , but I am not sure how to create an xsl file ( with that property ) and link it to my current xml , any ideas?

When you save the XML file with Html tag at that time you need to add CDATA tag as following.
"<!CDATA[In XML you need elements which "
and after that you can apply your xslt file.
