Hi, I am pretty new to EL Validators and just came into a situation where I am not sure if these built-in validators can somehow handle this or whether I'm better off writing a custom one.
So what I actually want is a rule that checks the value of a property A based on the difference of to others (B and C), for example:
it's OK unless A < C -B
I do not want to express that in a type validator or self-validation as these cannot be hooked up with my UI (I do not get the result back to my ProxyPropertyControl except when I'm digging myself into the validation results).
Anyone who has an idea? If I need to write a custom validator, I would gladly appreciate some kick-off code as I studied the PropertyComparisonValidator sources but do not see an easy way to use that in any way.
