Is DBFactory class supports concurreny internally in asp.net? If yes then how?
And if no then how can I handle concurrency in asp.net? If there are thousands of users using same website at a time then how to handle concurrecy issue?

If your DBFactory is only a part of connecting database, do something executions like selecting, deletingbyId or updatingById.
I'm afraid it cannot avoid the concurreny problem. Because it will create instances for each user (Maybe by referring using…… block), and release these instances when they go outside of using block by calling Dispose automatically...
Anyway, if you want to use Concurrency problem solutin with something like Three-tier or N-Tier problem. I think the best solution for you is to use ObjectDataSource. Something please see this:
