Hi,
Here is the link to install Mobile Templates in VS 2008. Same applies to VS 2010 also.

Actually, general ASP.NET website works absolutely fine in all Mobile web browsers[HTML Compatible]. Mobile Web Templates for desgined for WAP devices. Now a days all Mobile browsers are HTML compatible. So no need to use this.

Apple iPhone does not provide simulatore, but here is the alternative

Android does not provide simualtors. If the Website is valid in iPhone, it renders perfectly in Android Phones too.

Hi
Windows Mobile development does not supports Visual Studio 2010.
Visual Studio 2008 Professional Edition and above or Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, Standard Edition are supported
As far as I know, it doesn't support Visual Studio 2010 until now.
