I am working on a setup package that installs a web site on IIS7 and IIS6. I've already made it for IIS7, now I need to make it for IIS6. But I am working under windows 7 so I can't install IIS6 on it. Any way, I have to test my setup project. What are the
ways to do it (preferrably free and legal ;) ) ? I can think of a remote connection to a machine that already has IIS6 and using a virtual machine, for example virtualbox.org . But even though virtualbox.org is free, WinXP with IIS6 isn't ;) .

Awesome!!! And everything seems to be free! I'll definitely try that!

It appears that I can't install this VHD on Virtual PC, right? At least I don't know how. Can it be installed only using Virtual Server?
Windows XP appears to have IIS5.1 instead of IIS6 - I've mixed that up. I succeeded running it on Virtual PC.

Ah, didn't notice the Win2k3R2EE.vmc file. Had to doubleclick it and it launched fine. Never mind.
