I recently read about how embedded resource work and how axd files are mapped to default handler.
I thought upon it and came with a strange problem. Suppose I have a custom control in which I have embedded resource. Now I want to have a custom handler for the embedded resource to be served(Why ? because may be I want to implement GZip compression while
sending the resource or may be any other reason you can think of)
My question is how we can do it ? We can not simply create a handler and map it with axd extention in which case the server control which should have worked normally with WebResource.axd would not work any more.(Like validation control which have embedded
js in it. I do not want to disturb it)
Now with 1 extension, 2 different handlers can not be attached. Suppose I create another extension say "zzz" for it. Now how would I map my embedded resource to use this extention instead of WebResource.axd

when we import any new control or new thing beside asp.net related control.we need to register .axd file in
Web.config file or also our httphandeler in <System.Web> session like.
<add path="Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd" type="Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource" verb="*" validate="false"/>
This code have to be under <System.Web> session.
