If I want to see the columns inside the view. What Command Should I use.
1) If you want to see columns, you can go to the Schema Browser on the left and navigate to the view.
2)You can also do select * from MEDPRO_MULTIPLE_ID
3) You can also do DESC MEDPRO_MULTIPLE_ID

When I used this statement " DESC MEDPRO_MULTIPLE_ID" it said "ORA-00900 : invalid SQL Statement"
Any other command , it is an view so I have to see the definitions in it

You have to see schema name and then the view name.
If you are using PL/SQL Developer, you can use Object Explorer. That's an easy way to explore objects.
