i have a problem after i fiex the TinyMce editor
the upload button doesnt appear
what is problem?

That form element has the following CSS styling applied to it:
background: url(http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/js/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/themes/advanced/img/icons.gif) -860px 0px;
you probably forgot/neglected to include the appropriate CSS sheet, or you did not include the images/themes for the TinyMCE editor.

i inclueded whole folder i downloaded from the website
where can i find this element?i tried but i cant.

I don't use that particular editor, however if you use Chrome, you can right-click the text-box and select "Inspect Element". Then look inside the following <td> element and you should see a <span> with an ID of "srcbrowser".
If you click on that <span> element, the CSS will display on the right, and you can follow its link to where it expects the .GIF to be. Click on that link, and it will display the error the browser got when fetching that image.
Once you know the actual error, you can then do a simple file system search for where the .gif is located on your server.
Then either fix the CSS or move the file to match the CSS.
If you are using FireFox, FireBug is your friend. If you use IE, I believe F12 will start you on your way.
