I have with working with Visual Studio for a while, and using it's web server. I decided I needed IIS 7 for testing certain features. I installed, but I get an error
The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the
extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the
file should be downloaded, add a MIME map<div>I've googled and been able to figure out that aspx pages are not enabled by default, but I can't find the proper method to fix this.</div><div>The answers I've been finding online are for Vista, which seems to have different entries in Control Panel than Win7</div><div></div><div>Can somebody help me figure out how to enable the aspx pages?</div>

Go to Control Panel, and then click on Programs. You’ll see a link for “Turn Windows features on or off”
Then turn on "ASP.NET"
