Are you getting any error message displayed in the phone?
Can you check which browser is being used?
Go to Options / General Properties / Default Browser.
Check if this was set to Blackberry. In that case, change it to 'Internet Browser' and try.
Hope this helps.

the problem is when you connect to https, its bypassing username & password authorization.

Do you experience the same behavior when you access the URL using a desktop browser?

Do you mean from a PC? There is no bypass problem with a PC if you asked this.

HTTPS sites works absolutely fine in BlackBerry browsers. I think, there will be some certificate mismatch. Try to access
http://gmail.com in the BlackBerry browser, or any Bank website. If those are working fine, then there is some certificate mismatch.
Check the following link,

Did you try setting the browser to Internet Explorer as I'd suggested in my earlier post?
