Any one know any open source user control that is similar to gridtreeview. Basically, I want to show a multi column treeview that when expanded, user can edit certain column values. The columns can have a text box or dropdown etc.
Appreciate if someone can point me to some good helpful links. Something like WCF Test Client.

I have used them while working on a freelance project they are good.

I went through the control and it seems they only give a DLL. I would need the source code if I need to customize it. Is there any other link or user control that will work like, may be - TreeListView or TreeGridView for aspx page.

Here are some good examples about custom GridView, which can fit your requirements:

Thanks Qin for the informational links. But, unfortunately they doesn't have any hierarchial feature. As I mentioned I am looking for something like a treeview (expand/collapse a node) plus a gridview look alike. May be I am asking too much in one control
Actually I want something like WCFTestClient:

You could try the controls available at www.devexpress.com
or at telerik you will get an evaluation copy but u dont get them for free, but if u like them then u can probably decide.

Thanks! I guess your link is the closest to my requirement. I have to figureout how to make it generic enough so that if my data has multiple levels then the control should create the child grids as required.
