Hello to all...!
I need to know when to use XML, please let me know with best example for which scenario we used XML.. let me know with example how it can be used to transfer structured data between heterogeneous system..

XML in my view is a totally overrated format. The main problem for me using it as a data exchenage format is the massive overhead. There are few things that xml can that you cannot do with JSON. The only thing that yould come to my mind now is validation
with schemas. But that's definitely possible, too. I just never needed it.
I used XML as a data exchange format because SQL Server has much better support for it than for JSON, though. And as a generic an easy to change data exchange format, it's still good.

It's hard to say "best" for xml application because there are quite a lot of samples. I think you can see How to use XML and DataSource

ok let us know how it useful to transfer data... consider i have two table in msql it based on Invoice, so i need to know how can it usefull for this table, I need an idea how we can interchange data from one computer to another computer...

1) You can use SqlDataAdapter Fill method to fill the DataTable, and use WriteXML to output to a new xml file.
2) If you want to transfer an xml from one pc to another one, you should use WebService. This is a very typical usage.
