I am having an issue where the welcome box is not appearing after deplyoying the site to a shared host. All of the other pages work as they should. When I view the site locally, I can see the welcome box just fine. The issue is only when viewing via the

Can you give teh url of your site form where we can see it and give the solutions?

I had the same problem. What I finally did was to create a second default page. In the source view I dragged the ~/ controller/welcome box control from the solution explorer and drop in between the Content1
asp:Content place holder.
asp:Content ID="Content1" ContentPlaceHolderID="MainContent" Runat="Server"
uc1:WelcomeBox ID="WelcomeBox2" runat="server"
(Tag ends removed)
Then in the code behind in the page_load event I removed the
this.Master.EnablePersonalization = true;
Then I cut and pasted it all but the first line into the source code for default page 1, Making sure to leave the first line. Once I deployed the page to my site it has worked fine, but it kills the personalization of the default page. Hope this helps
