1. You have to use GDI+ in ASP.net
Logic is like that.
1. Display Image.
2. When Click on image it will postback to server with current mouse x and y.

Thank you for your reply.
I am loading the image on my PageLoad event, at that point I already have the X and the Y where I want to draw the circle. There's no mouse click or any other interaction. Just display the image with the circle/s.
Could you point me to some examples in asp.net?

I got the solution!!
For those who want to know how this is done:
Dim bitMapImage As Bitmap = New System.Drawing.Bitmap(MapPath("~/Images/Logo.jpg"))
Dim graphicImage As Graphics = Graphics.FromImage(bitMapImage)
graphicImage.DrawEllipse(Pens.Red, 20, 20, 50, 50)
Response.ContentType = "image/jpeg"

How you got the Co-Ordinates over the image? How to get the Mouse movement and location on the image? Is it depends on the size of the browser window? Size the picture u r using? Please help me am also doing the same process.

The idea is to build an image and pass the coordenates for the circles, i'm not getting the coordenates from the mouse click, I have predefined points i want to plot.
To draw the circles you create a pen:
Dim redPen as new Pen(Color.Red,5)
and plot them into your image:
'In this case X=20 and Y=30
graphicImage.DrawEllipse(Pens.Red, 20, 30, 50, 50)
The ploting area depends on your image size, not your browser window.
Hope this helps...
