I am working a module which consits of 4-5 aspx pages in which user enters data. I want to make a call and save it to DB only on final step.
Can we do this way? If so, how feasible it is (saving to DB in final step)?
Please let me know your ideas.

There are several approaches you could take for this. Some of the most common would be using Session variables, cookies, form post to hidden fields, or combining all of your forms into a single form with a MultiView control.
Personally, I prefer the MultiView control because you have access to all of your form controls from a single script.

Make a call? what do you mean? Do you mean that you want to let users guide-to-guide, step-by-step to confirm whether you want to save what you wrote?
If yes, you should use this:
<asp:Button Id="btnSave" runat="server" Text=''Save" onClientClick="return confirm('Are you sure to save it?');"/>
