Is the classifieds script supposed to be a ".vsi" file extension? When I go to download the "Classifieds Starter Kit", and then I click on the link, it is a file with an extension of ".vsi". My computer does not even know what program is needed to open it.
I tried changing the filename to ".zip" and tried to open it with WinZip, but an error message popped up saying that "the zip file is corrupt" and the possible cause is "download error". Since I will be editing and viewing this script on my own computer using
apache server, and not an actual web server/host, I need to know the program to open the files. Thanks!

.vsi is a Visual Studio Installer File (similar to a .msi Microsoft Software Installer). Not a ZIP file. You need to Install Visual Studio on the System in witch you wish to install the vsi.
You can do this anywhere Visual Studio is Installed. For example install it on a development machine, run visual studio and select create new project, select the classified starter kit project, then upload the site to your production machine.
