Not sure if this is the correct forum or not...but I am creating a new asp.net website for a client. The client has asked me to incoroporate a blog, which will also produce an RSS feed into their 'news' area of their site. First question: How does this
work - do I take the source code of a blog engine like blogengine.net and merge it into my Visual Studio project? Or is there a blog software that's like a user control that I can just register and plop on my page? Note: the client is not asking for any customization,
so I won't be changing the blog engine's source code. Second question: Does anyone have recommendations on blogging software that I should check out?
My development machine is windows xp, iis5.1 & I'm using vwd 2008 express/sql server 2008 express.

deploy blogengine.net under sub domain like http://blog.yoursite.com. if you deploy blog under sub domain then there is no need do modify any thing. just change skin of blogengine.net as required by your client.

Hi, well that sounds do-able. And how can I test this out on my development machine, so that when I open up visual web developer I can put the blog engine on my Blog.aspx page, for example?
