    Hi,

AS I mentioned above, the reason why my saving is not working is because I am returning more companies than I should.

Is it very hard to limit the number of companies returned in the partial class?

Could someone shed some light if this is possible or not?

    Cheers

    P

     Hi Steve,

This will be a field in the datagrid and also a drop down list to filter the grid by company.

Futhermore, it will also be a drop down list in the insert page to select the company to add a new user to.

    Cheers

Dynamic Data and Field Templates - An Advanced FieldTemplate

The first is my updated version of the old futures Autocomplete filter and the second if my old conversion of the old version to a fieldtemplate. you should be able to adapt it for DD4 and VS2010.

I will do a followon post the my new article showing how to convert to a FieldTemplate later after my vacation.
