Is there a way a user is able to make posts without each one needing to be moderated? Sometimes it takes an hour or more for that to happen.
If there is a process to avoid moderation, please advise.

The moderation committee has met and analyzed your posting history.
Apparently, you manage to make intelligent posts in the correct forums.
After a lengthy and anguished debate you have been deemed worthy of unmoderation.

Generally new users are moderated when they make new posts. Replies aren't moderated. Once you've clocked up a certain amount of points and shown that you generally post questions to the correct sections and are an all round good citizen (i.e. you don't
verbally abuse old ladies), you would likely get unmoderated (meaning that you won't have to wait for a moderator to approve your new thread).
