I have a win forms application which uses Crystal 2008 (12.0.2000.0). We're trying to upgrade things to target the .net 4 client framework, and I am having trouble getting Crystal to work. This particular app has .rpt files in a folder in its solution.
When I update my app to target the .net 4 client framework, VS 2010 cannot find any of the Crystal reports dlls. I guess this makes sense, they're not .net 4 -targeted, but I can't find any place to get .net 4 Crystal dlls.
It seems that part of the code-behind in the .rpt files relies on System.Web, which isn't in the .net 4 Client framework.
Is this something that's just not available in .net 4 Client?
The AC isn't working today, and I'm pretty tired; I kind of think I'm overlooking something simple. Does anyone here have experience with this sort of setup, and can point me in the right direction?

Hi Good day, Crystal Reports for Visual Studio is no longer embedded in VS2010....... And you need to download it separately from Sap website but still it is free. You can download CR from below link

Thanks for the answer. I'd seen that, but this isn't about developing Crystal reports, it's about using them with the .Net 4 Client framework.
I've been told we want to target the .Net 4 Client framework as it will be an smaller download for the XP machines we're (mostly) still running. However, when I change my app's target from .Net 2 to .Net 4 Client, the reports already embedded in the app
start failing on references.
Seems to be (at least partially, anyway) that .Net 4 Client doesn't contain System.Web, on which the viewer has a dependency.
