how to make .net web trap this url /anyurlname/ without its .aspx extension? This one I haven't done yet but I know it is possible. Anyone who knows how to make www.domainname.com/anyurlname/ to work without its otherwose normal www.domainname.com/anyurlname/default.aspx

it is called UrlRewriting and it can be performed in your application or on your IIS server. When you are doing this in your application, you can't remove extension from file, so all your pages must end with .aspx (or other extension). If you want to have
url you have shown, you should use UrlRewriting module. You can configure it through IIS Manager that will update your web.config file, or you can do it manually in your web.config.
