Did you buy the domain through the same company that you bought the hosting from?
If you did you should be able to contact them with a support request to get the domain pointed at your hosting package. This is a pretty standard request and something they should be able to sort.
If not then please list the companies you have bought these from so we can look at the documentation because it is slightly different for nearly every host / registrar.

Looks like you can just go to this page:
and click one of the the technical support chat buttons.
Like I said they will more than likely be able to help.

Thanks for assisting me.
I had talked to them already. well I hope that they will be answering by tomorrow.
I have another problem. I can upload files under default domain provided by them. I have globalization set in web.config as follows
<globalization requestEncoding="utf-8" responseEncoding="utf-8" culture="en-IN" uiCulture="en-US"/>
It works fine under local IIS but it reposts as error saying "The <globalization> tag contains an invalid value for the 'culture' attribute."
Please help me regarding this. Is it IIS version problem. I ran it on local IIS 7.0 but on the default domain I think it is IIS 6.0 If this is the case then how I can convert the same to be usable under IIS 7.0

It looks like its not a supported culture.
Look in the community content right at the bottom of this page:
