Make a class library project.

what do you mean by security puposes? Anyone can see your dll also.
If you created a class library app using visual studio its automatically generates your dll file
Also you can generate it using command line as:
csc /t:library source.cs -> source.dll

Yes, For security purpose, if i give my customer.aspx.cs then they can see my code what i wrote, so i want give as dll file.
you are telling class library, but that is only for class, but i am asking for aspx.cs file also.
we should not give any thing viewable or understandable to client. THIS IS FOR SECURITY REASON.
how it is possible?
please help me out in this.

When you are giving the code to the external client one normally publishes the code to the server not copy over all the files. I would right click on the project and click publish and publish your website to appropriate url. Visual Studio.NET only copies
required aspx files and dlls it does not copy over the files. Please check out the below link for more information on how to publish the web applications.
For even more security if you don't want your client to see the code .NET offers a tool as obfuscation. Good luck

Did you publish your web site to a folder? then you can not see your coding. but you can see the html source.
