I have two small web applications host with webhost4life. I am working with them for two years I think and they were always very supportive and very responsive. They moved my two sites to their new servers in the last Saturday, since that BLACK day nothing
is working. I applied their new support team in every way I could, through online chat/phone calls/support tickets but nothing really help, I am in a position that for 5 days nothing is working there :( .
Does anyone can share her/his own experience with faulty hosting companies and what can we, the customers, do to get a fair value to our money?
Am I entitled for compensation for the harm they caused me and my business ?

This always happens. I hosted my site on Quick2Host. They upgraded server and my site was down for 20 days. Contacted support team many time through phone, email and tickets. Nothing worked. I changed my hosting to WinHost. Now, working ok. WinHost is the
best in terms of changes, support and performance.

Do you think I am entitled to get my money back or maybe sue them for damages?

First read the Terms and condition of the company that you can get money or not.
Most of us never read terms and condtion before process.

Webhost4life is no longer the same company, it was bought by different provider. I had to move many sites becouse of the problems with the new platform and the way they did migration... New support team is slow (as you said it takes them days to take a look
at the problem), o and if you need better support you have to pay like $30/m EXTRA looooool
I would move to different provider ASAP. Try
SoftSys the are great and have really good prices
