the icon/image you see when you post something is your avatar. At the moment you have an autogenerated one. You can change it by clicking on Edit Profile in the upper right corner of this page and there choose the tab
Avatar. Select Enable avatar and upload your profile picture. Note however that it might take a while before it becomes visible in your threads and that it's not visible under the Edit Profile pages.
