Heey , I'm facing a problem while viewing tutorial videos on Microsoft sites like asp.net , silverlight and so on , the problem is that the video is playing as fast forwarding and i can't recognize the voice , i didn't know where
this comes from , any help ?

while playing from home it plays as fast forwarding , while playing from work it works well
i change the browser , and the version of the browser but this didn't work :S:S

It seems to me that you have a problem with your sound driver. This thread may help you:

I found a way to fix it on the above link. It appears that the Soundmax driver doesn't support the 'standard' and the 'full'
hardware acceleration settings when it plays Silverlight contents. All you need to do is to low the hardware acceleration
settings to the base level (or at least, it worked for me that way).
To do so, enter in the directx settings with the command 'dxdiag' (type it in Start-> Run) then, on the 'Audio' menu, low the hardware acceleration to the base setting, or disable it, if needed. It should do the trick.
