can anyone give me some guidelines how to rename an organization?
I can't seem to find a mps procedure..
Rename everything in ADUC and then rename in the database, will that be enough?

There is a procedure called, Managed Active Directory::RenameOrganization that can do that. However, it is known that it may not rename everything and as a result, some stuff may needed to be manually tweaked after that to get things work. I would say, don't
do it if you dont' have to.

I'm about to proceed with a rename.
Here is the plan
- Rename OU
- Rename Admins@, AllUsers@, FolderAdmins@, FolderUsers@, CSRAdmins@
- Run Managed Plans::SetCustomerCommonName to update the mps database to reflect the new name
- Delete AddressList, Global Address list and Offline Address book for the customer
- Create new Address Lists
- Run EnsureAddressListStamp on the OU
Does it look ok?

I suggest you perform most of the testing on a Dev environment first before executing that in a production, I assume you have done that already. Now, do you have OCS in there? That might be something you need to take care of too. Also, I will execute the
appropriate procedures to remove address list instead of removing that directly from AD.

I forgot to say, but when I create and delete, they are all mps procedures. Nothing manual.
Yes, I have tried it in a testenvironment and it looks ok. No OCS.
