I have a pdf file with text boxes which will be rendered to the browser. Once the user is entering any data to the text boxes in the pdf file from the browser, I need to get back that data to the server. Also, some times I need to fill the text boxes from
the server and send back to the browser.
I filled a pdf file with the text box Name with my name "Chandra Sekhar". The data should be stored in the database. Further, if I request the pdf file for the second time, the server should fill my name i.e., "Chandra Sekhar" into the respective text
box and then it should be rendered to the browser.
Please let me know how to achieve this task.

You can give the Adobe FDF Toolkit a try. Here is a blog post giving a quick overview on how to use it in C#.
FDF Toolkit: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/acrobat/fdftoolkit.html
Blog Post: http://redgoose.ca/blog/adobe-fdf-tookit-with-c-net
There is also a PDF Library named FDF Toolkit .net which you may want to look into as well. This is not a free solution but the price tag is not that high.
