Updated today to rollup 6 because I have errors when I create public folder. When I do it now it comes with
<errorContext description="Can not set a public folder allocation to zero"
<errorSource namespace="Error Provider"
<errorSource namespace="Exchange 2007 Resource Manager"
<errorSource namespace="Hosted Email 2007"
Have anybody seen that before or have a solution to the problem?

Make sure you have Exchange Server 2007 SP2, it is a pre-req.

Make sure you have the same version of the management tool on the MPS engine too.

I will look at a few things, seeing that Rollup 6 has changed the procedure a bit, as in the description,
I don't have an environment for me to look at, but if I do, here is what I will look at,
1. CreateFolder has 2 parameters, which are optional in the past,
This parameter specifies the size (KB) when the public folder will start issuing warnings.
Try to put that in and see if you can create the folder. The new procedure might have made that a necessary parameter.
2. Look at the procedure itself to see if that parametr has changed to IssueWarningQuota and ProhibitPostQuota instead.

I fixed it. IssueWarningQuota and ProhibitPostQuota is in bytes and I was set them to low.
