It would be a lot easier if you have used css markup to style your website.
A lot of modern phones these days support browsing full size websites where you can zoom in on specific sections you want to read.
Asp.net does have a set of mobile phones for developing sites specifically for mobiles. Check out the official page for more info on this:

If you want to customize your existing page as per the mobile device accessing your website it is very important that you know which mobile is accessing your website and what are the mobile capabilities (screen size, image support etc.).
To have upto date information of mobile please have a look at
http://www.51degrees.mobi/Products/NETMobileAPI/tabid/86/Default.aspx it is a free ASP.NET mobile api which helps to integrate mobile devices with existing and future web sites. It makes use of WURFL device database which is widely-accepted as the most
advanced and up-to-date mobile device database available.
It gives detailed more accurate information of mobile capabilities such as screen width, screen height, colour depth, brand, model etc. helping you to customize your webpages for the mobile device accessing your web site.
Hope above helps.
