The sql server agent status is disabled and don’t have the option to start.

Sometimes, you can't create connection in webdeveloper express, but if you know the connection string and if you create the site it will run. It happend to me many times.
Did u do some basic settings of sql server express such as enabling protocols NAMED PIPE, TCP/IP... GOOGLE IT..

well now i can c and load the db on the asp db browser!!
i did enabled the protocols and start the sql broser...
ALTHOUGH the sql agent cant be started... this is form the event log error.
SQLServerAgent could not be started (reason: This installation of SQL Server Agent is disabled. The edition of SQL Server that installed this service does not support SQL Server Agent.).
i have yet tested if is all working and ready to work.
BUT thank you ;-)

Asp .net doesn't need sql agent. What asp .net needs is the account which it uses, to have access to the database. Can you be more specific, what error gives you when trying to access the DB?
