hi, for what i understand asp.net execute all the requests using threads of the clr threadpool,
so to use an async handler (efficiently) we must execute the code on a custom thread
(as descrived there http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/cc164128.aspx).
But in a lot of articles people implement it using the methods Begin*** that usually will execute the code on a thread of the trhead pool or directly calling the method ThreadPool.Enqueue***
(for example http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms227433.aspx).
So i'm a bit confused, samebody can explain me how must be implemented an iasynchandler and, if executing code on a thread pool thread is ok WHY it is ok
