We have a Windows 2003 server with .Net 2.0 SP2, 3.0 SP2 and 3.5 SP1 installed. When trying to register for asp.net, we get an error 0xc0000005. After following through some googled answers, ran .net cleanup utility to clean and then installed these versions
of .net but the problem remains. Any idea how we can rectify this issue?
Thanks in advance.

1) uninstall---> aspnet_regiis -u
