This really annoying. I am builidng a Dynamic Data Website using the Dynamic Date Templates and so far it is going great except for the fact that every non-plural table name gets pluralized automatically when creating the LINQ data source. For instance table
names that never should end in “s” under any circumstances without making me look like I failed 3rd grade English such as “Audio” now appears as “Audios” making it look not like a list of audio files, but something having to do with saying goodbye
I don’t know how to fix this short of going through my database.designer.cs file and changing every instance such as:
.public System.Data.Linq.Table<Audio> Audios
And changing "Audios" to Audio. I also don't recall being given an option when creating the LINQ datasourse to no pluralize the names. Surely the user should at least get a prompt saying something like "Do you want to pluralize non plural table names?".
Yo no soy mucho gusto.

You can run the sqlmetal.exe command-line tool manually, and omit the /pluralize option,

I should have added that you can disable pluralization from the Options dialog box, if you select the
Database Tools, O/R Designer category.

Thanks, works great. That seems like a really weird feature to use in the first place.
