In my application I want to log into my website using current logged in user in active directory. When I set windows authentication and anonymous access = false in IIS, the application asks for username/password, when I open my site.
In my application I want to check whether the logged in user in active directory is also a part of my application, if so I will directly log him with his active directory username else I will ask him for username/password.
How should I get current logged in user in active directory.

The above code searches user in Active directory. In my case, all the users in active directory will also be there in my database. What my client want is windows authentication. They dont want to log-in again in my web application, as they have already logged
in to the computer using active directory userame.
I tried to achieve this by setting anonymous access = false and windows authentication = true. When I log in to my application IIS asks for username/password. I don't want that to happen. I wan't to use logged in username to access my web application.
Please help me on this.
