I am unable to view the Designer Window for ASP.NET web pages in VS 2010 Beta 2.
I have tried re installing VS 2010 Beta 2 twice, yet no luck. I am able to view the Code and Mark Up windows, but
not the Designer Window.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...

That is really very sad... It is quite a big download at over 2 GB...
If everything else is working, then it surely seems to be a bug; which is even more surprising for a release just short of the final product...
Anyway, this is the 2nd instance of an MS product not working as expected. I had tried unsucessfully to use SQL Azure earlier for almost a month and then gave up... Guess its better to wait for the final version of products than to use the Betas/RTMs.
Which is quite a shame considering that Betas/RTMs provide an early peek into future products and shorten the learning/adoption time...

One reason that I can think of is the machine might be reaching the virtual memory limit. Can you look at the Task Manager and see how much memory the devenv.exe process is using? It it's around 200K then it's good. If the number is high, maybe 500-600K,
then it would be suspicious. Try to close some other processes that are running on the box and see if it's fixing the issue.
Also, can you make sure the HTML designer is turned on? (Tools -> Options -> HTML Designer -> General -> Enable HTML designer checkbox is checked)
