I'd like to backup the question from
i.e. what should I consider in order for cache expiration to unload (from memory) an httphandler correctly?
And to add to it:
How can I force the unload or reload of it into/from memory?
How can I get the time when it was loaded?
And, the last but not least:
Is it possible that http handler would be unloaded or reloaded partly?
(For ex., my httphandler uses (i.e. loads) DLLs, and the latter are being reloaded with with data being recieved from internet)
