I am looking to create a search-engine friendly custom paging on my forum. I use an MsAccess database. Unfortunately I cannot find over the internet a solution that is based on a connection to MsAccess database, all the information is based on store procedures
or Linq with MS SQL Server. Any suggestions ?

Waht exactly do you mean with custom paging? I think you only want to retrieve an x amount of records at a time? This is usually very hard to do, because Access doesn't have a equivalent of the ROW_NUMBER Keyword in SQL Server. So you'll have to do something
SELECT TOP 10 Records FROM table WHERE PrimaryKey NOT IN (SELECT TOP 10 PrimaryKey FROM table)
But those query's can become very slow, especially when tables are very large, which is off course the most important reason to use custom paging anyway.
SO when dealing white large amount of records, you might want to consider to upgrade to SQL Server (Express)..
